School management system

The school management system keeps track of staff, students, student coursework and exams, students reports, and student attendance of extra co curricular activities.
The software runs on Microsoft SQL and uses browsers

Clinic management system.

This is a network based application that runs the hospital patient work flow right from patient reception, doctor diagnosis, laboratory tests, medicine prescription, and drug issuing. This application was developed based on Uganda Ministry of Health management information systems and health care management. This application can be customised to fit any hospital needs.

• Strong Security: The system is well secure with user password which restricts them to only their modules
• Just In Time: whenever data is input, it is available immediately to other users.
• Data Integrity: duplication of data is not allowed eg once a patient is entered, you will not have enter them if they come back lets say at a later date.
• Auto updates: for instance, a doctor is alerted if the drug quantity is not enough/available in stock.
• System generated receipts to avoid forgeries.
• Maintains stock values, issued and added on specified dates.
• Maintains accounts of monies collected from patients for each service.
• Has a very protected menu for administrator where users are created, services, drugs, and prices are set

Loan Management system:

This is a desktop application designed to manage small scale money lending business. This system can be used by individual money lenders, small micro credit lending institutions, cooperative societies involved in money lending business.
